Paul moved to Indiana in 1996 after graduating from Eastern Michigan University with a degree in Occupational Therapy. He was motivated to pursue investment real estate after working summers during college for a family that owned rental homes near the University of Michigan campus.

Paul and his wife, Marilyn, have lived in Bedford since 1999 and have a son and daughter at BNL high school. From 2001 to 2018, Paul and Marilyn also owned/operated Building Blocks-a licensed childcare home on I Street.
Aside from his professional and family activities, Paul´s true passion is fishing
and teaching others how to fish. Paul was previously a licensed fishing guide
and is known for his success in local catfishing tournaments.
